Being on time is imperative. We can't provide excellent service if we aren't on time. We can't be on time to the appointment if we don't start on time. As being on time is critical we are instituting a policy in which a charge of $5 per minute after 5 minutes grace will be levied. Grace will be extended to those with reasonable explanation.
